Hello! I am Nancy and I am a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia and the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). I have a 2200hr Remedial Massage Diploma; which I received with honors from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary, AB in 2017.
I have extensive training in traditional Swedish Massage. This includes: deep tissue, sport massage, trigger point therapy, TMJ (jaw) and whiplash treatments, active inhibition techniques, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, and remedial strengthening and stretching techniques. My continuing education has been learning a focused treatment approach to myofascial restrictions.
I love my job and being curious on why someone has pain, and trying to help give them relief. I use a variety of techniques tailored to the persons needs. If you are just wanting relaxation, that is ok with me too!
