Journey into Wholeness

Equine Gestalt Coaching – Journey into Wholeness

At Journey into Wholeness, our mission is to support people in finding freedom, peace, and clarity—whatever that may look like for them. Through Equine Gestalt Coaching, I partner with my horses to offer a safe, grounded, and compassionate space for healing and self-discovery.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, grief, major life decisions, and emotional challenges. I also support autistic children by providing a calm, nonjudgmental environment where they can safely connect, regulate, and express themselves.

Our approach is co-active and client-centered. We believe you already hold the answers—my role, alongside my equine partners, is to help you uncover them. Sessions focus on learning to live in the present moment, choosing yourself, responding rather than reacting, speaking your truth, and gently working through unfinished emotional experiences you may be carrying.

All sessions are ground-based—there is no riding involved. This work is not solution-driven or directive; instead, it is creative, experiential, and somatic, allowing the body to safely release what it has been holding onto. This process often leads to a deeper sense of wholeness, supporting both emotional well-being and overall health.

I bring over two years of intensive training and am certified and trauma-informed, with years of continued education and hands-on experience. I offer a safe, supportive, and respectful space where you are given the time and permission to look inward at your own pace.

Together with my horses, I will gently guide and support you as you explore what is ready to be seen and felt. You will be met with presence, compassion, and care throughout the process.

Reach out to connect and discover a gentle, embodied approach to healing and personal growth.
