Golden’s Gym is a freshly renovated 24 Hour Fitness Facility* that has proudly served our community since 2015. Our gym is an inclusive, friendly, clean, and community-minded space for all.

We offer a variety of membership options (including punch passes) to suit any schedule.
In addition, we carry an extensive line of supplements, gym wear, fitness accessories, unbeatably-delicious protein bars, specialty energy drinks & more!

Our two-storey multi-room facility boasts a full line of new Matrix cardio equipment, including fan favorites such as the Matrix Stair Climber, Touchscreen-equipped Wi-Fi Treadmills, world-class CXC Spin Bike, Tydax Airbike, and much more – and what’s not to love about enjoying your morning run with a full picture window sunrise view of Kicking Horse Mountain?
