Maintenance Managed are a growing business that has been operating in the town of Golden and at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort since 2023, with a focus on commercial maintenance for multiple-residence complexes. Our services include ongoing general maintenance and regular property inspections, contractor liaison for larger projects, yard care, snow removal, residential hot tub maintenance and more.
As our name suggests (and yes, it is also a Harry Potter reference), we do not simply perform maintenance duties, we also handle management of ongoing maintenance schedules. Life is busy, and we understand that! Our aim is to take on the tedium of everyday building maintenance so volunteer strata council members don’t have to.
