We aim to provide a deeply supportive space where you feel fully seen, heard and accepted. Our goal is to provide a treatment experience that will encompass all aspects of being human – body, mind, heart and soul.
We offer registered massage therapy, manual osteopathic therapy, mental health counselling, acupuncture, NAET, halotherapy, energy healing, transformational coaching, somatic experiencing and a place to reconnect to your soul through grounding, breathwork and meditation.
